Email Sending Settings

Configure SMTP settings for sending campaign emails automatically

Select your email provider to auto-fill common settings

Your email provider's SMTP server address

Common: 465 (SSL), 587 (STARTTLS)

Encryption method for connection

Email address used to send emails

For Gmail: Use an App Password (not your regular password)

📋 Setup Instructions:

  1. Fill in all SMTP fields above (Server, Port, Protocol, Email, Password)
  2. Click "Test Connection" to verify your settings
  3. Click "Save Email Settings" to store your configuration
  4. Then click "Send Test Mail" to test email sending

WhatsApp Business API Settings

Configure WhatsApp Business API credentials for sending and receiving messages

Get this from your Facebook Developer Console → WhatsApp → API Setup

Your WhatsApp Business Phone Number ID

Your WhatsApp Business Account ID

Custom token for webhook verification (use this same token in Facebook Developer Console)

Copy this URL and paste it in Facebook Developer Console → WhatsApp → Configuration → Webhook

📋 Setup Instructions:

  1. Fill in all WhatsApp API fields above (Access Token, Phone Number ID, WABA ID, Verify Token)
  2. Click "Save WhatsApp Settings" to store your configuration
  3. Copy the Webhook URL shown above
  4. Go to Facebook Developer Console → Your App → WhatsApp → Configuration
  5. Paste the Webhook URL in the "Callback URL" field
  6. Enter the same Verify Token in the "Verify Token" field
  7. Click "Verify and Save"
